After the passing of Christopher Reeves, nobody thought the red Superman boots could ever be filled. Sure, Tom Wellington has done an excellent job on Smallville but there needed to be someone a bit older to capture that "prime" Superman part. Did it happen with Superman Returns? There was an even split between the fans and detractors, but one thing is for sure, they all loved this kubrick / be@rbrick set!
