We Purchase Toys!

Toy+Life is interested in your new and gently used toys and collectibles. If you have items you wish to sell, please send us a detailed and categorized list of the items you wish to sell. In order to receive an accurate quote, be sure to include the following information:

• Whether the toy is new or used.
• If used, to the best of your ability describe the condition of the item.
• If the item is missing any accessories please be sure to make a note.
• Include your contact information with your list so we can reach you as soon as your quotation is ready. Please include multiple ways to reach you.

Once we receive your list you will be issued a price quote for the collection. Once issued, the quotation will be valid for 7 days. If you wish to accept the quote, please contact us before shipping your items. If your collection is not received within the 7 day quotation period, we reserve the right to adjust our pricing – so be sure to send your items out quickly. If you are worried your items will not arrive on time, please contact us. When shipping your items please note:

• Pack your items carefully and insure as you feel necessary. Toy+Life is not responsible for damage to your items caused in shipping. If your items are damaged in transit, Toy+Life will cooperate in assisting you with a claim with your carrier.
• Toy+Life is not responsible for the cost of shipping collections to us, or returning collections to customers who wish to sell items to us.

After Toy+Life receives your items, we will inspect them immediately. If any items are received a condition different from that described in your original list, a deduction may occur – so be sure to list everything with as much attention to detail as possible. If your items are received in the condition described in your list, you can choose for Toy+Life to send you a company check (usually within 7-10 days), or receive the amount in store credit applied to your www.shoptoylife.com account.
